At COPCO S.A.S., I coordinate planning, budgets, and tracking for industrial and infrastructure projects. I introduced integrated cost and critical-path schedule controls, developed Power BI dashboards, and helped reduce project costs by 5% by consolidating shared infrastructure and assets.
At SUMMUM PROJECTS S.A.S., I led budgeting, procurement coordination, and master scheduling across concurrent industrial infrastructure projects. I managed contracts and purchase orders, monitored WIP and DSO with Finance, and helped reduce execution costs by 40% on the Aquila-1 project through contract restructuring and an operational partnership.
Earlier, I co-founded and led PAPERLAB S.A.S., with responsibility for P&L, strategic planning, investment budgets, processes, and multidisciplinary teams. The company tripled processing and recovery capacity from 51 to 180 tonnes annually and received CDMB institutional certification and the Sello País national recognition.
My work has also included leading construction and commissioning of a 200 BPD processing plant, project controls for industrial and infrastructure work, and civil engineering and contract work for Ecopetrol S.A. I hold a specialization in Project Management and a Civil Engineering degree, and use tools including Power BI, SAP ERP, Ecosys, Primavera P6, and MS Project Online.
