I’m a results-driven BS Information Technology student with hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack applications across web, blockchain, and data domains.

I’ve worked on systems for government agencies and civic organizations—like BetterIliganCity.org—where I helped architect full-stack infrastructure for streamlined access to local governance policies and open data. I also built a geospatial weapon data and safe zone analysis system that enabled stakeholders to identify and visualize high-risk areas in real time.

In blockchain work, I developed Esihagba, a blockchain-based Iligan City budget transparency platform, and supported deployment to barangay-level primary users to strengthen financial accountability. I’ve also delivered real-time, production-style solutions such as the CCS Attendance Monitoring System, eliminating manual tracking through integrated data management.

I’m now focused on continuing as a full-stack developer—building scalable, high-impact software—and I bring a reliability-first mindset shaped by leading real-time attendance and tabulation tools for major campus events.
