I’m a Fullstack Developer with experience building production web systems using React and backend technologies (Node.js/PHP). I specialize in REST API development, MySQL databases, and system integration, and I enjoy solving problems in Agile environments with strong Git workflows.

As a Government Programmer, I develop and maintain a full-stack government healthcare web application used for managing patient consultations and health records. I handle both front-end and back-end work—feature development, bug fixing, and maintenance—and I’m currently focused on system testing to ensure reliability and accuracy before full deployment.

In my projects, I’ve delivered real-world solutions end-to-end: Rabies Guard is a full-stack web and mobile system I built for the City Agriculture Office of San Carlos, including QR code generation, pet registration/vaccination tracking, and bite case reporting. I’m also developing TINDAHERO to help sari-sari store owners digitize inventory, sales, supplier management, and real-time performance dashboards, iterating through beta feedback.
