In my current contract role, I manage weekly and monthly cash flow reporting, multi-channel payment gateway reconciliation, and GST reporting to keep liquidity clear and audit-ready.

Previously, I established structured financial systems and controls, built financial dashboards and KPI reports with variance analysis, and advised leadership on grant applications, funding strategies, and cost management initiatives to improve stability and efficiency.

Across my accounting experience, I’ve owned audit readiness and data consolidation at scale. I prepared year-end audit schedules with full compliance outcomes, consolidated financials across 9 entities using advanced Excel tools like VLOOKUP and PivotTables, and developed budgeting and forecasting frameworks that helped senior management spot trends and allocate resources confidently.

Earlier in my career, I handled full sets of accounts and automated core processes. I used Xero to streamline invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchase order workflows—saving 78 hours per year—while also supporting administrative and HR operations like payroll processing, onboarding, and leave administration.
