What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build further expertise in reverse recruiting, HR outreach, and referral networking, applying my current skills under company processes and learning Vilambo’s preferred outreach and reporting methods.

At Vertex Solutions, I research U.S.-based job openings and compare job requirements with candidate profiles to identify suitable roles.

I support resume customization and ATS alignment without misrepresenting qualifications, then submit applications through job portals and employer career pages. I also maintain application trackers with submission details, statuses, and follow-up notes.

I research employers and recruitment contacts and prepare candidate-related communication drafts. I’m interested in building further expertise in reverse recruiting, HR outreach, and referral networking.
