I am a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, psychosocial support, and training. My journey began with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Daystar University, and I have since developed a robust skill set in managing mental health programs, advocating for clients' rights, and enhancing community well-being.
I successfully Led the development of a mental health service that increased clients engagement to 45% and Implemented a mental healthy program that improved clients satisfaction by 30% over a period of one year. Some of my current achievements include successfully leading a team of 25 in a mental health initiative that served over 1000 clients and implementation of employee mental health initiative at the workplace to 10 institutions over a period of one years

I am passionate about empowering individuals and communities through education and support, ensuring that mental health care is accessible and effective. The additional role of safeguarding rights in MSF improved my leadership skills in feedback mechanism to improve mental health service mechanism which led to 30% uptake of mental health services.
In my consultancy role with Sustainable Integrated Services for Communities as a mental health service manager, I have seen improved health outcome resulting in a 20% increase in client engagement and a 15% reduction in reported mental health issues. Meanwhile, client satisfaction has improved to 30% resulting in a 20% increase in retention rate. My consultancy role has changed mental health service manager which I am assuming in 1 months time.
My thesis on reintegration of institutionalized children; a case study of Kings Kids and Into Abbas home (https://repository.daystar.ac.ke/handle/123456789/5392) has been adopted by the 2 institutions and their affiliate children homes for social and emotional wellbeing of institutionalized children.
