I’m a detail-oriented IT graduate with a strong interest in software testing and quality assurance. I focus on identifying issues that impact usability, performance, and user experience by analysing systems, breaking down workflows, and uncovering defects through structured and exploratory testing.

Through project experience, I’ve developed and executed test scenarios, performed integration testing, and used debugging techniques to resolve logic defects. I clearly document expected vs. actual outcomes, communicate issues effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, and apply QA mindsets like regression testing, root cause analysis, and ITIL principles to help teams build more reliable, high-performing software.
