I founded Invigorate Holistic Wellness, where I provide pelvic health evaluations and individualized treatment plans for prenatal, postpartum, and general-population clients through manual therapy, functional movement, and patient education.

I've also supported virtual pelvic health services with Sword Health and Bloom Health, helping clients understand prevention, recovery, and care options. Across Crossover Healthcare, Therapy on Wheels, Encore/Broad River Rehabilitation, and Kindred at Home, I've evaluated and treated people with mobility limitations, musculoskeletal impairments, balance deficits, and medically complex conditions.

I bring pelvic health education beyond the clinic through workshops, webinars, conference presentations, and digital content, including work as an Amazon Pelvic Health Champion and a speaker on LGBTQIA+ health disparities. My approach combines physical therapy, holistic health practices, and pregnancy and postpartum support to help people take control of their health and well-being.
