What I'm looking for

I want to deliver exercise-based, evidence-driven rehabilitation for active people and athletes, combining manual therapy and strength/conditioning with objective testing. I’m looking for a practice that values patient education, individualized care, and helping clients return to sport confidently.

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience providing one-on-one, evidence-based care to active adults and athletes in a cash-based outpatient setting. My work centers on comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation, movement analysis, and clinical reasoning to build individualized treatment plans that guide patients from injury rehabilitation to return to sport and long-term performance.

I’m skilled in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength and conditioning, and neuromuscular re-education, supported by objective movement assessments and performance testing. I also prioritize communication and education—helping patients understand injury prevention, load management, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs—while continually refining outcomes through accurate documentation in EMR and effective interdisciplinary teamwork.
