I’m a highly accomplished merchandising professional with a proven track record of driving growth, optimizing product assortment, and improving profitability in the apparel/fashion industry. I combine planning, supply chain management, vendor relations, and eCommerce operations to deliver seamless execution and stronger customer experiences.

In my current role as Head Merchandiser at Ishqme.com, I lead end-to-end eCommerce merchandising operations, optimizing backend workflows and managing over 200 SKUs through proactive inventory monitoring. I engineer pricing strategies by monitoring market trends, oversee product photoshoots and website updates, and use data analysis to strengthen merchandising decisions.

Previously, as Senior Merchandiser at Frendi Fashions Pvt Ltd., I oversaw end-to-end merchandising for ASOS—from product development to bulk shipment—while coordinating vendors, production timelines, and quality control to meet brand standards. I also trained and mentored team members during expansion and negotiated pricing and terms to improve sourcing efficiency and margins.

I’ve built my foundation across roles from Junior Merchandiser to Executive Merchandiser, strengthening sample development, cost analysis, and cross-stakeholder collaboration. I enjoy setting up efficient processes that reduce lead times, improve stock accuracy, and help teams perform at a high level.
