I am a Master of Commerce graduate with hands-on experience in transcription quality control and audio recording for AI training projects. I combine strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills to deliver accurate, reliable audio and transcription outputs.

My professional background includes freelance roles in transcription QC and recordist positions at multiple organizations where I supported AI training and quality assurance efforts. I completed a PG final-year project on consumer satisfaction in call taxi services, demonstrating research and analytic capabilities.
