I’m looking for people-focused roles where my counseling, coaching, and research skills can create real impact—handling client needs with empathy and clarity, using data-backed insights, and growing through meaningful responsibility and collaboration.

I’m a behavioral science professional with 2+ years of experience in client-facing coaching, counselling, and research. I’m known for building rapport quickly, listening actively, and delivering clear communication across diverse audiences—especially during sensitive conversations.

In my current work as a Student Counsellor & Life Coach, I deliver one-on-one coaching focused on goal setting, career clarity, and behavioral change. I design structured life coaching frameworks, manage caseloads independently with confidential record-keeping, and track student progress over time while also facilitating group sessions to strengthen resilience and emotional regulation.

As a Research Associate, I led end-to-end behavioral research—from study design and data collection to analysis and reporting—so my insights could inform organizational decisions. I also support students through structured, evidence-based counseling and assessment tool development, and I bring a strong documentation/reporting mindset grounded in behavioral assessment and data analysis.
