At CAPCO, I owned delivery of an enterprise SaaS solution for Phillips 66, supporting accounting, commercial, and scheduling teams. I partnered with executive leadership on the operating model, business capabilities, and product roadmap for enterprise measurement transformation.
For Phillips 66, I led technology and data integration strategy for two M&A transactions and delivered automation solutions with engineering and business teams. The automation eliminated manual processes, generated $64K in annualized savings, and recovered more than 20 hours a week.
At CAPCO, I also worked with Oncor on an enterprise process transformation affecting more than 200 users, eliminating over 50 manual workflows. I developed executive dashboards and operational KPIs to help leadership identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements.
Earlier, I supported process optimization work for EDF Trading and designed SQL and Tableau reporting solutions for Cargill’s risk, credit, and trading organizations. My work has included product strategy, transformation, analytics, and delivery across enterprise settings.
