At Capgemini, I coordinate programme governance for SAP SE - NCE, preparing leadership review packs and maintaining delivery dashboards, scope trackers, and dependency registers.
I manage programme financial tracking, including revenue forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and invoicing. I also work with FP&A and cross-functional teams to support forecast accuracy and financial controls.
For HEMA B.V. - NCE at Capgemini, I managed workstream plans and rolling forecasts, supported budget cycles, and assisted with an ISAE 3402 governance audit. I also drove automation of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Earlier, I worked across project controlling, PMO governance, financial analysis, tax consulting, and risk analysis. My work has included budget and resource tracking, procurement and vendor processes, and governance reporting using tools such as Jira, Navigator, and SAP Fieldglass.
