Led implementation of LexisNexis IT Usage-Based Pricing to shift internal behaviors and reduce IT infrastructure spend. Partnered with 80+ internal customers to identify and execute cost reductions, and implemented ComSci chargeback automation to eliminate manual invoicing and improve accuracy.

Provided finance support for Transfusion Medicine sales and marketing, building business cases, revenue/profit forecasts, and price promotion analyses. Served as finance project manager for the $120M M&D U.S. Order-to-Cash program and built a $30M supplemental funding request, including IT operational capital/expense reporting.

Managed a $34M utility expense budget across 500 retail locations and an $85M capital budget. Conducted ROI/payback analysis for capital and energy initiatives and implemented invoice payment and usage analysis software.

Provided financial planning and reporting support to controllers at 20 global repair facilities, supporting business plan development and customer proposals. Completed a rotational Financial Leadership Program while managing SG&A and capital budget support for aftermarket operations.
