I’m a Registered Nurse focused on high-acuity Neurology ICU care at AdventHealth Orlando, providing comprehensive critical care for patients with TBI, stroke, status epilepticus, and post-operative neurosurgical needs in a fast-paced ICU environment. I’m committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care while upholding patient safety and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

I’m certified and hands-on with advanced critical care modalities including CRRT, continuous EEG (cEEG) monitoring, EVD management, and neuromuscular blockade/paralytic administration. I manage and titrate vasoactive drips, IV sedation, and paralytics, troubleshoot CRRT circuits for hemodynamically unstable patients, and monitor cEEG waveforms in collaboration with neurology for anti-epileptic management.

Beyond my Neurology ICU focus, I’ve built float competency across Cardiovascular Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Multispecialty ICU, and Cardiac ICU, with 48+ hours of hands-on experience in each. I use Flow Track advanced hemodynamic monitoring, perform post-tPA (tissue plasminogen activator) surveillance and neurological checks, coordinate ventilator management with Respiratory Therapy, and document accurately in Epic EMR to ensure continuity and quality of care.
