Yulian Lutsiv

I am a dedicated Travel ICU RN with extensive experience in managing critically ill patients across various medical conditions. My journey in nursing began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong clinical expertise, particularly in critical care and emergency management, which has allowed me to provide exceptional patient care in high-pressure environments.

During my tenure at UPMC, I have taken on leadership roles, including serving as a charge nurse on a 20-bed unit, where I effectively assigned staff based on competency and supported the management of critically ill patients. My commitment to patient safety and quality care is evident through my implementation of evidence-based protocols that significantly reduced hospital-acquired infections. I have also developed and delivered educational workshops for nursing staff, enhancing their clinical skills and knowledge.

My experience extends beyond patient care; I have received multiple awards for my contributions, including the Nursing Excellence Award and the Patient Satisfaction Award. I am passionate about collaborating with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
