I've led end-to-end product testing at OptCulture as QA Manager and Head of Testing, coordinating a 12-person QA team with development, customer success, and infrastructure teams. I revamped testing workflows and built Playwright automation in JavaScript to support timely, high-quality releases.

At Centific, I served as POC for Tamil localization quality on Apple products, automating web and hybrid testing with Playwright. I validated translations, UI alignment, locale formats, and cultural correctness, while integrating nightly and on-demand suites through Jenkins.

At Tekion, I developed Selenium and Java UI automation alongside REST API validations for automotive retail platforms. I used TestNG, Maven, Git, and Agile delivery practices to validate frontend and backend consistency.

My testing experience also includes AIG Insurance automation with Selenium and Cucumber, plus functional and regression testing for Bellroy's ecommerce products. I work across manual and automation testing, defect management, and scalable test design.
