I oversee infrastructure upgrades and the rollout of HMIS and ERP platforms, and manage implementation of the Hospedia hospital management system from ItDose.
At Metropolitan Hospital, I developed predictive time series models to forecast disease trends and patient occupancy, supporting resource allocation. I also designed a patient feedback system that improved the hospital’s Net Promoter Score from 20 to a stabilized 50.
As a Business Analyst on the Denvert Limited/St. Francis Hospital Nsambya Project, I modeled theatre billing processes and designed dashboards for automated financial KPI measurement. Earlier, as a Project Research Assistant with Baseline and Midline Su/Laterite Kenya, I helped develop a data collection tool that reduced collection errors and contributed to reports and analyses.
