At General Motors, I built Python and Glean agentic AI tools for business users, including a supplier-risk agent covering about 20,000 suppliers and a cost-projection tool that eliminated hours of manual calculation per run. I also built an MCP server that exposed cost-data tools to LLM agents.
I contributed to a production alerting system that analyzed current news articles and emailed business teams about suppliers at risk of delay. Management credited the system with helping GM avoid over $1M in projected losses in its first six months.
I also developed backend microservices and REST APIs, designed reusable Terraform modules for Azure environments, and deployed production applications on Kubernetes. My work included CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot authentication with OAuth2 and SSO, and automating recurring administrative tasks.
