I’m looking for a challenging leadership role where I can guide engineers, turn requirements into reliable software, and drive successful development projects—using my C#/.NET expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery experience.

I’m a dynamic, results-driven Software Developer and Senior Software Engineer with a strong track record of leading teams to deliver innovative software solutions. I currently work on OneFile UK, developing and maintaining e-learning and assessment software used by educational institutions and businesses.

In my role, I design, code, test, and debug applications, and I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. I also take pride in turning requirements into clear technical work, supporting delivery from planning through execution.

Previously, at Fare Factor Force (F3) Technologies, I advanced from software developer to Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. I worked closely with Project Managers, kept the team aligned on priorities, provided regular project status updates, and contributed to code peer reviews and product life-cycle planning.

I’ve also supported major deployments through onsite deputations in New Zealand, including requirement analysis, ticket resolution, customer communication, and rollout support. Earlier in my career, I grew from IT Manager to Regional IT Manager and Assistant Project Manager, leading technical support efforts, performing software analysis, and driving enhancements across multiple business-critical applications.
