I’m an aspiring cybersecurity professional with a strong foundation in IT support and systems administration. Since April 2021, I’ve worked as a Technical Analyst at CIBC Caribbean, where I support executive and VIP users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help keep critical systems running smoothly.

As Team Lead for Barbados technical support operations (2022–present), I’ve been hands-on with endpoint security support, including BitLocker migration and Darktrace pilot projects. I onboard staff with secured system configurations and user policies, and I manage hardware lifecycle work—imaging, deploying, and decommissioning systems—while also driving initiatives like Windows 11 migration and mobile email rollout.

I build on this experience with formal study and credentials: I’m pursuing a BSc in Computer Science at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill, part-time) and I’m ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (2025), having been an ISC2 Candidate in 2024. I’m known for analytical thinking, proactive problem solving, and leadership—backed by earlier experience as an IT Support Intern at CIBC First Caribbean and leadership roles such as Ensign (Cadet Under Officer) in the Barbados Sea Cadet Unit.
