Looking for a remote leadership role in content, brand or growth marketing. 9 years in publishing, agency and SaaS. I grew a media brand's Facebook from 400K to 1.9M, led brand work for national clients, and now run Google and Meta Ads for a 12-product software portfolio (ROAS up from 2.35x to 3.10x). At WPManageNinja, I direct growth, brand and campaign strategy across a 12-product WordPress plugin portfolio. After rebuilding the paid strategy, quarterly ROAS rose from 2.35x to 3.10x, and I scaled the company YouTube channel to 200,000+ subscribers in four months.

At Roar Global, I oversaw digital growth for Roar Bangla, growing Facebook from 400,000 to 1.9M and launching a newsletter programme from scratch. I also build tools when a better system is needed, including a WordPress/PHP attribution plugin that fixed tracking between product sites and checkout.
