At Jai Tea Loft, I facilitated a workshop focused on hormonal health for women. I created an evidence-based curriculum, grocery list, and tea blends for students.

At Bauman College, I conducted nutritional assessments for clients with hormonal imbalances and digestive concerns, then developed individualized nutrition plans to support symptom improvement and long-term behavior change.

I also tracked client progress across multi-week counseling engagements, adjusting nutrition strategies to support adherence and clinical outcomes. My client guidance included food choices, portion control, and supplement recommendations based on lab findings.

I created four weeks of evidence-based curriculum using Canva as a practicum teacher. I’m seeking an entry-level position where I can work with a wide range of clients over a structured period and give them tools to improve their health.
