At University of Pittsburgh, I unified CTD, ChEMBL, BindingDB, and ATSDR into one DuckDB schema using a custom chemical-matching pipeline. I mined 125M+ chemical-gene-disease interactions to identify shared protein targets and disease links across 35 DoD-flagged toxic chemicals.
I synthesized bioactivity, gene-evidence, and network data into automated per-chemical reports, delivering candidate counteracting compounds to the research sponsor. I am completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Economics at University of Pittsburgh.
My projects include a Brain Connectome Classifier evaluated with Logistic Regression, KNN, and K-Means, plus a Flask health-tracking application with authentication and route-level access control. I also built an STL viewer in C and OpenGL and contributed to multiplayer and physics functionality for a Rust and Bevy platformer.
