What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role in a Pharma/Healthcare MNC where I can support infrastructure and networking, strengthen cybersecurity practices, and maintain audit-ready QA/QC documentation while ensuring reliable system operations.

I’m an IT professional with hands-on experience supporting infrastructure, networking, and manufacturing IT environments, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and QA documentation. In my current I.T. Officer role, I manage IT infrastructure, handle user access and troubleshooting, and perform data backup and recovery to keep systems reliable.

I also support SCADA and production-related systems (basic exposure), maintain IT SOPs and QA/QC records in an audit-ready format, and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance. I’ve strengthened my workflow documentation and technical reporting through QA/QC system support and audit preparation, and I’m now seeking opportunities in Pharma/Healthcare MNCs.
