I’m a Logistics Operations Specialist with hands-on experience managing real-time transit tracking, dispatch coordinates, and routing exceptions for premium global clients. I focus on keeping deliveries moving by resolving routing anomalies quickly and accurately.

In my recent role, I monitored real-time delivery manifests, verified carrier GPS coordinates, and used internal logistics dashboards to track and trace high-volume shipments. I also worked to manage systemic distribution errors to protect on-time delivery performance.

I’m currently advancing my technical knowledge through a BS in Customs Administration, concentrating on international trade frameworks, tariff classification, and import/export documentation. This is how I’m building toward remote Trade Compliance, Documentation, or Back-Office Supply Chain operations.

I bring strong data management using Excel and confidence navigating technical systems. I’m motivated by cross-department problem solving, especially when auditing documentation to resolve transit disputes and minimize operational delays.
