Jada Arrington
@jadaarrington
Registered Nurse and clinical educator delivering patient-centered care across NICU, women’s health, and dermatology.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Nurse who leads and teaches across high-acuity and patient-focused settings. I strive to provide patient-centered care to premature neonates and critically ill newborns, while bringing a coaching mindset to the teams I support.
In the NICU, I’ve served as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse at Grady Memorial Hospital and earned a Daisy Award (May 2024). I also work as an educator, strengthening maternal and newborn care through language-based interventions, teaching/coaching, and the use of Microsoft Office tools.
As Lead Women’s Clinical Instructor of the Grady CSI Program, I oversee 4–5 clinical instructors across the Women’s Health Department. I also received an Educator Award (July 2025) and was named Employee of the Month (June 2024), reflecting my commitment to learning, guidance, and excellence.
Currently, I’m the Lead Dermatology RN Educator, serving as the Lead Registered Nurse in the Dermatology Clinic. I oversee the entire nursing staff and collaborate with healthcare professionals while working with women, men, and children across skin, hair, and nail diseases, including serving as a preceptor.
