I've built my accounting career at 7-Eleven Store Support Center, progressing from Accounting Coordinator/Lottery to Associate Staff Accountant, Staff Accountant, and Sr Staff Accountant.
I support franchisees with financial explanations, process job aids, ad hoc case resolution, monthly accounting cycles, close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments. I analyze gross profit and franchisee obligations to calculate royalty fees, forecast bad debt and legal settlements, and help ensure accurate franchisee and corporate financial records.
I lead special projects involving franchisees, identify process improvements, and respond to internal and external audit requests. I also supervise employees, maintain Sitehub and franchisee draw portals, and train staff on processes that affect our group’s activities.
My work is grounded in GAAP compliance, detailed analysis, accurate reporting, and resolving account variances across franchise and corporate accounts.
