At Applied Statistics & Management Inc., I replaced rate-limited web scraping with REST/SOAP API integrations, cutting license verification requests from 10–30 seconds to under 100 ms.
I improved a high-traffic verification page from 8.6 seconds to 1.2 seconds by caching provider data and queueing filtered results. I also implemented Azure Service Bus retries and throttling, reducing failures on an unreliable integration from about 9% to under 1%.
I implemented 50+ RESTful ASP.NET Core endpoints supporting authenticated API connections for external healthcare data exchange and internal production applications. I also migrated a Node.js/Puppeteer verification service to Azure App Service and developed AI-assisted engineering workflows across seven products.
Outside work, I built TeeTimeBooker, an automated tee-time booking system, and Noted, a Windows productivity app. Earlier, I developed a React website for Sarc Consulting that generated 26 inquiries leading to 14 long-term client contracts.
