What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support accurate, efficient document and data processing while providing strong customer service. I thrive in teams that value safety, communication, and consistency, and I’m ready to keep learning in a purpose-driven environment.

I am an IAA Agent working alongside the New York State of Health (NYSOH) to process applications and additional documents for consumer health insurance. My day-to-day focus is on preparing batches of consumer information that arrive via Fax, then handling the details with care and accuracy.

In this role, I perform data entry into ImageTrust and utilize the MAXe program to validate information threefold. I’m comfortable moving quickly through batches while still maintaining the quality and consistency required for sensitive records.

Before this, I built a strong foundation in operations, service, and teamwork through retail and hospitality work. As a Stewart’s partner, I owned a percentage of company stock and worked to grow my own business—while also creating a community-driven, “small family” atmosphere for customers and partners.

Across hotel and food service roles, I maintained clean, safe work areas, supported day-to-day maintenance tasks, and worked closely with kitchen and dining teams to keep service running smoothly. I bring reliable customer service, organizational habits, and a safety-first mindset to every environment I’m part of.
