I've led engineering at Within3 while remaining hands-on with software architecture, complex feature development, code reviews, and technical decision-making. I guide a team of six engineers through hiring, coaching, career development, and delivery.

At Within3, I helped evolve a shared platform for Virtual Advisory Boards and the Insights Management Platform, moving delivery from monthly releases to continuous daily deployments. I also architected a browser-based PDF annotation system, built video engagement capabilities, and implemented internationalization.

I've also delivered full-stack React and .NET work for FieldLab, contributed to Kafka-based backend architecture at Kalibrate, and built dashboards and onboarding experiences for IBM UrbanCode Deploy.
