At Numerical Machining Complex, I prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in line with organizational policies. I also evaluate supplier quotations and support bid opening and evaluation.
I maintain contract records, supplier records, prequalification lists, and procurement documents. I also receive and issue goods, collaborate with inspection teams, and participate in stocktaking and audits.
Previously, as a Tender Specialist at Kika Power and Construction Limited, I reviewed tender opportunities and requirements, compiled bid documentation, and handled vendor registration and prequalification. At Lenich Global Limited, I prepared tender submissions and supporting documents, including bid bonds.
My experience also includes procurement internships and attachments with the Ministry of Investments, Trade & Industry (State Department of Trade) and Nairobi City County. I’ve worked with PPIP, SAP, IFMIS, and UFMIS, and contributed to securing contract awards from KeRRA, KURA, KENHA, KPC, KAA, and KENGEN.
