At World Bank-IDA - National Agricultural and Rural Inclusive Growth Project (NARIGP), I evaluated 400+ tenders supporting 228 community-driven projects valued at more than KES 80.8 million. I analysed bids and procurement costs to support compliant, value-for-money decisions.
At Copia Kenya, I coordinated logistics and distribution with 40+ third-party suppliers and service providers. My analysis of service costs and supplier performance contributed to approximately 5% cost savings, while monitoring and corrective actions contributed to supplier/order accuracy improving from 89% to 96%.
My procurement work has also included preparing RFQs and procurement schedules, reviewing budgets and procurement plans, and maintaining records for reporting and audit readiness. I hold an MSc. in Procurement and Logistics Management from JKUAT and am a Full Member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
