At Matter Health, I conceived and built the enterprise MEDEx operating framework, connecting utilization and population signals to acuity, appropriate interventions, care-team roles, and performance measures. I also design care-delivery workflows and translate operating models into build-ready Athena and AI-enabled scheduling requirements.

Previously, I directed clinical market-support strategy across 36 markets at Landmark Health (Optum Home & Community) and launched home-based serious-illness care across three states at Prospero Health.
