I’m a process-driven supply chain and material management professional with four years of experience supporting procurement, warehousing, shipping operations, and materials management. I focus on improving team performance through targeted strategies, clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strong safety compliance.

In the U.S. Marine Corps, I coordinated daily operations for a team of 20+ specialists and aligned performance with SOPs, work schedules, and document control systems. I developed procurement, warehousing, and supply chain strategies to meet shipping and sourcing requirements, supporting an operating budget for equipment and supplies valued at over $3M.

I also worked across warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and production support by managing inventories, scheduling transportation and outbound orders, and training team members. I’ve improved shipping efficiency and strengthened collaboration by partnering with 40+ managers to build operating procedures for safety, performance quality, and delivery schedules.
