I’m known for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational improvements through strong planning and consistent follow-through. I thrive in environments where I manage multiple tasks concurrently and keep work organized, accurate, and time-sensitive.

In the U.S. Air Force at Eglin Air Force Base, I served as Commander Support Staff Technician, supporting a unit of 500+ personnel through filing, mail sorting, software-based record-keeping, and administrative controls. I managed quality assurance with on-site evaluations, internal audits, and customer surveys, while also overseeing leave program audits and program readiness tracking.

I extended that accountability across people-focused programs: I acted as Unit Fitness Program Monitor (UFPM) for 370+ members, scheduled evaluations, and tracked fitness records. I also served as Records Custodian (RC), monitoring records and training staff on record management, and handled the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDR) and Dental Program coordination for 370+ members.

Since 2019, I’ve worked as an Inventory Replenishment Specialist at Publix Supermarkets, managing inventory for a high-volume beachfront store and keeping shelves stocked while upholding company standards. I track and modify inventory counts using ChainTrack and SIIMS, create and update replenishment lists in PublixPro, coordinate unloading of shipments, run weekly ad changeovers, and ensure consistent completion of daily workload across multiple staff members.
