At BNP Paribas, I led the design and implementation of a RAG-based AI system to triage and automatically resolve internal support tickets. I also led development of BNP Paribas Poland’s first production-scale AI agent, automating scanned-document processing with fine-tuned vision LLMs and custom vision models.
I built and delivered a predictive cash-management system that generated PLN 1.5M in verified annual savings. I introduced product KPIs and large-scale A/B testing to quantify business impact and guide development decisions.
At Comarch, I led development of a reusable AML ML platform that cut client onboarding from six months to under three weeks. In independent projects, I built an autonomous computer-vision bird-deterrence system and a web application for cleaning, segmenting, and editing interview audio.
