At Computer-Aided Drug Design Research Group, I conducted computational drug design and screening for the Zika virus using Maestro, Chimera, and PyMOL. I also studied protein structure and molecular visualization techniques.
For my master's thesis, I screened and analyzed compounds targeting pathways involved in Alzheimer's disease, then designed a linker between the best-suited compounds. I produced a computational model of the final dual-target compound.
I also work as a freelance tutor, teaching Genetics, Microbiology, and Biotechnology to Bachelor's and Master's students. My experience includes laboratory testing and data analysis, as well as a dental exhibition role where I administered teeth-whitening procedures and explained products to visitors.
