At Gotion High-Tech Indonesia, I provide corporate, regulatory, and commercial legal support across the group’s Indonesian entities. I manage compliance matters including PT PMA obligations, KBLI classification alignment, and OSS-RBA licensing, and negotiate commercial agreements across procurement, construction, and services.
Previously, at Protelindo, PT, I managed legal aspects of more than 100 land and site acquisition transactions for new BTS towers and negotiated more than 100 commercial agreements. I’m a licensed advocate and founder of IFM Law, with experience across corporate and commercial law, infrastructure, telecommunications regulation, employment law, and PPP projects.
