At PT. Profesional Teknologi Telekomunikasi, I serve as Operational Director, managing and controlling business units in tower infrastructure, data centers, and broadband. I’m also responsible for profit and loss across the business units.
At Centratama Group (EPID Group), I was Procurement & Supply Chain General Manager. I managed vendor sourcing, selection, evaluation, and development, and reviewed bills of quantity for new sites and collocations.
At Tower Bersama Group, I contributed to procurement systems and operational improvements. These included implementing an e-bidding system, developing a web-based vendor portal for change order requests, and improving vendor registration and selection through a web-based system.
I’ve worked in procurement and operations since beginning my career at PT. Sumi Rubber Indonesia (DUNLOP TYRE). My expertise includes strategic sourcing, bidding, budgeting, supplier evaluation, and supply chain management.
