Ivy Song

I’m an Independent Educational Consultant based in Beijing, managing multiple client projects and building long-term international education planning roadmaps for children. I guide students in preparing application materials for U.S. college admissions with a service-first mindset.

From 2013 to 2019, I supported partners at Fidelity Asia Ventures (Fidelity International) by managing complex executive calendars and coordinating schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones. I handled end-to-end business travel and expense management, and I planned and executed corporate events, executive roundtables, and workshops.

I’ve also served as a primary liaison for government relations and public affairs, monitoring and consolidating policy and regulatory updates for executive reporting. Earlier, at Philips Lighting Electronic Co. Ltd-Xiamen, I coordinated the GM’s external affairs and media interviews and supported large-scale corporate events.

I bring excellent written and verbal communication, proven independent decision-making, and strong sourcing, market research, and negotiation skills. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can combine proactive client service, meticulous organization, and trusted relationship-building under pressure.
