At RedPas, I created and manage a consumer-financing operation for customers who may have unregistered income or difficulty accessing traditional finance. I assess customer profiles, make approval decisions, and manage an active portfolio of more than 500 clients.

I developed practical credit-risk criteria through direct interaction with customers and observation of their financial behavior. I track payments, identify early signs of delinquency, and use staged contact and recovery processes.

At INDUS-PLAST PISCINAS, I managed the Technical and Franchise Development Department, supporting a network of approximately 60 franchisees. I standardized product and service specifications, trained franchisees, and coordinated with management, production, operations, and warranty teams.
