I’ve spent 15+ years designing, operating, and optimizing large-scale ISP and enterprise networks, from BGP/MPLS backbones to GPON access and enterprise security systems. I’ve supported nationwide telecommunications infrastructure for 200,000+ subscribers and maintained 1,000+ km fiber networks.

At Rostelecom, I supported a regional ISP network serving 400,000+ customers with 95–99% SLA across core, distribution, and access. I designed and troubleshot IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, QoS, and multicast, and built Python and Perl automation to cut manual work and speed deployments.

Most recently, as Project Manager at Tibbo Systems, I led the deployment of AggreGate Network Manager for telecom monitoring and observability. I designed monitoring solutions for 1M+ devices using SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, and alerting/dashboards, and I also led JUNOS CLASS OF SERVICE (JCOS) as a monitoring platform to improve observability, incident response, and operational efficiency.
