At Northbridge Financial Advisory LLC, I co-founded and operate an independent advisory practice supporting project-based organizations with project controls, FP&A, and finance operations. I built cost trackers, executive dashboards, and rolling forecasts across four concurrent engagements.
I developed ETC/EAC and labor forecasting models to give clients earlier visibility into funding availability and margin risk. I also designed AI-assisted reporting workflows using LLMs and Python, cutting time-to-insight from about three days to under one day.
At Deloitte Government & Public Services, I owned financial controls across federal contracts totaling more than $45M. I tracked budgets and funding, developed ETC/EAC forecasts, and worked with contract structures including FFP, T&M, and CPFF.
I re-engineered recurring reporting and reconciliation workflows using Excel/VBA, Power Query, and Power BI, returning about 14 hours per week to program teams. My work also surfaced more than $2M in margin recovery, and I mentored four analysts.
