I work directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss product issues, and demonstrate product functionality. I also support the enrollment process, including benefit cost calculations, employee elections, and electronic signatures.
At Snippet7 and Spoke.ai, I’ve performed manual, functional, and regression testing, documented defects, and coordinated findings with internal teams. My work at Snippet7 has also included HR and compliance workflows, benefits administration, and carrier feed reporting.
