Ivan Karsten

I am an Android software developer with nearly a decade of experience building video, livestreaming, and computer vision features for consumer apps. I have implemented video editing UIs, in-app billing, adaptive streaming migrations, and low-latency livestreaming using industry RTC libraries.

My work includes porting image-editing features to standalone apps, developing FFT spectrum analyzers, and creating TensorFlow-based gender/age estimation models trained on public datasets. I apply MVVM and scalable UI patterns to support mobile and TV form factors.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and completed a Google Machine Learning Bootcamp; I seek opportunities where I can leverage Android, CV, and backend integrations to improve user experience and product performance.
