At Barrel Cloud S.L., I deployed OpenClaw on a Linux server and configured automated email delivery. I also set up Tailscale and SSH for remote access and deployment.
During my IT support internships at Barrel Cloud S.L. and MCM LABS, I worked with hardware and software installation, computer repairs, Windows systems, peripherals, and basic server setup. I also supported users and handled technical incidents, including remote support through TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
Before moving into IT support, I worked in hotel reception at Coast Gavà S.L. – Hotel Playa Grande, Hotel SB Castelldefels, and Hotel Fira Congress. I handled reservations and guest service, and used Ulyses, Avaibook, SIHOT, and Tesipro/Ulyses.
At Azertia, I provided in-person, telephone, and online customer service and supported administrative work, including invoices and reports using Excel and Word. I’m currently studying for a Higher Vocational Degree in Web Application Development.
