At Central Luzon State University, I built and co-developed web systems used by researchers and member universities. One was the CLAARRDEC Real-Time Monitoring System, developed with Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript and used by all member State Universities and Colleges in the regional R&D consortium.
I built the CRRDC enterprise information system end to end with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Supabase. It combines a public website with secure tools for content publishing, document management, project tracking, staff records, and dashboard reporting.
I also built the CLAARRDEC CMS and E-Library Management System, and developed or supported HRMIS, Document Tracking, and Inventory Management systems. As lead developer for IoT smart indoor-farming systems, I worked with ESP32, Arduino, sensors, and Python to create a real-time monitoring web app.
On my Disaster Response Intelligence Warehouse project, I used PostgreSQL, Python, and dbt to build a data warehouse with a Next.js dashboard, automated tests, and GitHub Actions CI; materialized views made dashboard queries 78x faster than raw fact tables. I teach web and Java programming, mentor student capstone teams, and am currently completing an MS in IT (Data Science).
