I built a multilingual RAG support assistant that answers customer questions in 30 languages and classifies Zoho Desk tickets. It retrieves from 1,614 documents, drafts replies with confidence scores, and routes low-confidence tickets to a human.
For an agentic CRM project, I built a three-agent workflow that researches companies, analyzes intent, and qualifies leads from incoming email. It writes a trusted CRM record to BigQuery, and its evaluation on 24 labelled emails measured 95.8% intent accuracy and 83.3% next-step accuracy.
I also published an open-source MCP server for validating EU VAT numbers to npm, with signed provenance and a listing in the official MCP Registry. Earlier, I worked as Lead Developer at Niazida Oy, CTO at FP Oy, and Head of Development at Suomen Pehmeä Ikkuna Oy.
